Animal Fact Files
The best way to learn about animals is to start with one animal at a time!
You can read these posts by filtering through different categories (such as mammals, invertebrates, birds) in the “Topics” drop-down menu on the right of the page. —–>
About the Fact Files
My main goal with these posts is to help you become aware of animal species you may not know about and to provide you with interesting facts about these animals. This means I may not be giving you all the general details concerning the animal’s life history, such as gestation period, dates of the mating season, etc. (I dohope to give you a source of good, general information about each species, but I probably won’t be able to include everything.) Please feel free to give me feedback on how this system works for you! If you’d like more information than I provided, request it, and if you want to see a post on a species that hasn’t appeared on this blog, contact me!
