Remote-Control Roaches Save Human Lives!

Scientists have discovered how to control cockroaches with a remote control. It turns out these insects can be controlled in somewhat the same way as a horse steered by reins!

The purpose of this project? Roaches are small enough to squeeze into any room unnoticed, but they’re large enough to carry microphones and/or cameras. These little critters have the potential to save human lives!

Roaches could help police gain the upper-hand in hostage situations. They can trek through the rubble caused by earthquakes to search for buried people. Oh the possibilities!
